Our client is a  home decoration/furniture company.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Planning construction standards to be the company's central standard.
• Controlling and inspecting the construction quality of every project as assigned.
• Inspecting, assessing, and measuring the performance of every contractor.
• Advising and advising construction contractors and consulting companies.
• Reporting on the quality inspection results of every step and making a monthly summary.
• Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Have experience in construction quality control of houses, townhouses, or condos for at least 3 years.
• Have communication skills and are well coordinated.
• Able to travel to work on various projects.
• Able to work 6 days/week.
• Able to drive a car and having a private car will be an advantage.
