Job Description
Our client is a home decoration/furniture company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning construction standards to be the company's central standard.
- Controlling and inspecting the construction quality of every project as assigned.
- Inspecting, assessing, and measuring the performance of every contractor.
- Advising and advising construction contractors and consulting companies.
- Reporting on the quality inspection results of every step and making a monthly summary.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Have experience in construction quality control of houses, townhouses, or condos for at least 3 years.
- Have communication skills and are well coordinated.
- Able to travel to work on various projects.
- Able to work 6 days/week.
- Able to drive a car and having a private car will be an advantage.
