Job Description

Our client is a global soft drinks company, one of the world's largest food and beverage companies. They are now looking for a suitable candidate for a Consumer Research Assistant Manager position to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with R&D cross function team (Product Development Team, Seasoning development , Marketing, Insights) , can correctly understand business needs and effectively transform requirements into consumer research projects to support innovation and productivity projects.
  • Managing and communicating with research agency independently, and can cooperate with procurement team on supplier selection, evaluate supplier capability.
  • Building research design, managing the research schedule to fit business timeline, ensuring quality project implementation including monitoring agencies, monitoring fieldwork, logistic arrangements, data & report quality checking, data & report analysis to deliver business outcome
  • Collaborating with Global /AMESA/APAC SCPI team to ensure global/region projects to be smoothly implemented in China and Asia by providing local insights.
  • Building and maintaining the research database and category norm in APAC region.
  • Maintaining the consumer product research SOP and ensure projects are implemented under SOP.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years experience in customer insight, background in Food industry is prefer.
  • Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc., with basic knowledge and skills on statistics.
  • Fluent speaking and written English and Mandarin.
  • With strong ownership, attention to details, good time management skill, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and willing to take leadership and challenge.
