Our client is in the consultation business. To cope with their business expansion, the company requires a highly motivated person for the position of IT Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Planning out search objectives, strategies and timelines.
- Researching and mapping out markets to identify the most sought-after candidates in the market.
- Directly approaching candidates professionally and confidentially.
- Contacting, screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability.
- Consulting with clients on job specifications and requirements.
- Assisting in negotiations with candidates and clients.
- Promoting company solutions in order to develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 1–3 years’ experience in junior/senior level of Recruiter, Talent Acquisition.
- Background knowledge in IT positions i.e., Developer, Tester, Business Analyst, etc.
- Experienced with recruitment agency is a plus.
- Good command of English is required (written / verbal).
- Strong communication and team management skills.
