Job Description
Our client is a well known leading Medical Device and Laboratory in Thailand, they are looking for an experienced and dynamic HRD Manager to help to create a cohesive workforce that understands how to work efficiently and meet company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for all training activities and development requirements and queries within the organization and follow group’s policy.
- Designing and implementing the training strategy, course, material and roadmap for each department.
- Building a strong talent management and development program for all levels and report to MD.
- Working closely with HR Management to develop and implement employee career plan, Salary Structure, KPI and performance management.
- Scheduling training sessions organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrolment.
- Monitoring and conducting a training program and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary.
- Maintaining an understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods.
- Supporting employee relationship within an organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field, Organization Development degree will be a plus.
- Has at least 10 years of experience in HRD and HRM.
- Has strong knowledge of a well-structured company’s OD, Change management, Career path, retention and competency.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, active, systematic thinking.
