Position: Product Manager

Location: AIA Sathorn Tower (BTS Saint Louis Station)

operation, we have a highly skilled and specialized team proficient in ticketing. We proudly offer the

most advanced ticketing solutions in the country, enabling our clients to efficiently sell products to

passengers. These solutions include automated ticketing systems, online web fares, and real-time top-up

payment systems. We also have a Corporate Travel department to meet the needs of businesses and

shops requiring end-to-end travel services.

WFH Policy: Working Days: M-F 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Hybrid working) while probation working at the

office every day after pass probation Attend the office 4 times per month.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple and concurrent cross functional projects from conception through to

completion.

• Communicate effectively and clearly.

• Provide timely and accurate reports to managers.

• Works closely with the Development team and is tasked with facilitating, organizing, tracking and

testing projects as required by user's needs and manager's directive.

• Is alert to any information indicating a change in project needs.

• Manage all CRM programs: Freshdesk, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, Wufoo, Zendesk

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies

• Prioritization and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

• Experience working with CMS, CRM programs and OBT solutions.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical people.

• Ability to identify innovative ways to implement projects within established timeframes.

• Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities

• Proficiency in Written & Spoken English
