Analyst-Managerial Accounting

Job Descriptions

• Analyze financial statements, financial information, and other related information including law and regulation to support executive decision making by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor external and internal economic and financial situation for planning and risk management purposes.
• Coordinate to set up and monitor financial and accounting KPI of Business Unit.
• Coordinate with accounting department and related parties to collect data, conduct analysis, and prepare managerial accounting report to support management decision making including analysis of accounting and tax standard adjustment impact.
• Coordinate with accounting department and related parties to develop expense/costing report and use the report to analyze andcompare with plan and budget for using as support data for further effective production planning.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to gather and analyze information for research and monitoring on the macro-economytrend including foreign exchange, interest rate, fiscal and monetary policy as well as on the group’s general industry trend.
• Prepare financial and accounting reports for management and Board of Directors based on Share Service Level Agreement.
• Review budget performance and identify opportunities for cost reductions or revenue enhancement.
• Prepare any data to support financial and accounting work.
• Validate the valuation of the initiatives, baseline principles, valuation assumptions, valuation method, overlapping or conflicting of initiatives of MAX/MTPI/Enhancement.
• Review and validate the initiatives submitted for TO Finance approval within the agreed time period.
• Other miscellaneous works as assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business administration / Finance and accounting / Economic
• Experience in Business planning / Accounting and Finance 1-5 Years
• Proficient in Excel.

Analyst-Budgeting

Job Descriptions

•Gather and review information or data all departments to prepare annual budget proposal its subsidiaries to achievethe effective utilization of enterprise resources.

•Collect information or data for monitoring and controlling its subsidiaries budget for both Operating Expense (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) to disburse budget efficiency.

•Analyze, monitor and prepare monthly and quarterly budget monitoring report and its subsidiaries for the purpose of theefficiency cash flow management and optimize the utilization of enterprise resources.

•Coordinate with all departments within Group to implement budget in the same direction.

•Provide information and technical assistance to relevant parties and give advices to department related to budgeting matter.

•Any other miscellaneous works as assigned

Qualification

•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Economics/ Business Administration

• At least 1 years in Analyst, Accounting and Finance experiences

• Proficient in Excel.
