• Managing IT function and ensuring its effectiveness in all aspects.
• Being able to analyze business processes, and align and apply proper technology to business needs and strategies.
• Planning and implementing the digital transformation of the organization.
• Developing, implementing and maintaining IT policies and best practices.
• Designing IT architecture to serve current and future business needs.
• Being responsible for managing all aspects of any project in the IT department.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience as project coordinator or project manager for ERP implementation and application support
• Excellent project management skills with proven track records of successful IT project handling.
• Understanding of business processes and skilful in process improvement using technology.
• Possesses analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a systematic approach to problems and decisions.
• Is conscientious, goal-oriented, and keen on prioritization, planning and organizing.
• Positive mindset, solution focus, and ability to work from scratch.
• Effectiveness in working with a diversity of individuals and groups.
• Experience in logistics business will be an advantage.
