Responsibility
- Support the Head of Controlling: Assist the Head of controlling in all relevant controlling matters contributing to a robust financial strategy.
- Master Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring they align seamlessly with our strategic objectives.
- Uncover Deviations: Analyze actual financial performance against budget/forecast, providing comprehensive explanations for any deviations.
- Meticulous Inventory Control: Oversee the management of inventory, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
- Transfer Pricing Expertise: Contribute to the maintenance of our transfer pricing benchmarking report, enhancing our global competitiveness.
- Unlock Savings Potential: Identify and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities within our organization, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Financial Insight: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, providing key insights to guide our financial decisions.
- Operational Excellence: Execute operational audits in cost accounting as requested, maintaining the highest standards of precision.
- Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate seamlessly with various functions, fostering a culture of cross-functional cooperation and teamwork.

Qualification
- Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication within our international team.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience Budget, Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
- Preference for experience in manufacturing industry.
