Role Overview:::: The Head of PMO will play a mission-critical role in driving the firm’s

multi-product expansion strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible

for the strategic oversight and delivery of all key initiatives. This role demands not just

operational excellence but also a strong leadership presence to guide cross-functional

teams, align stakeholders, and manage risk in an agile yet structured manner.

Key Responsibilities::::

 Strategic Project Management: Lead and oversee the end-to-end

implementation of a multi-product infrastructure, including Offshore Trading

platforms, Structured Products, Bonds, and Private Funds.

 Back----Office System Onboarding: Spearhead the onboarding of a robust back-

office system that will support all financial products, ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and long-term scalability.

 Cross----functional Leadership: Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales,

IT Development, IT Operations, Back-office, and Product teams to drive

alignment, resource allocation, and efficient execution of projects.

 E----Service & Mobile Platform Integration: Oversee the launch of a new e-service

platform, particularly in mobile applications, to enhance client accessibility and user experience.

 Portfolio Consolidation: Manage the consolidation of portfolio management

tools for sales teams to provide a unified and efficient interface for multi-product

portfolio tracking.

 Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project

timelines, quality, or client satisfaction, implementing effective contingency plans as required.

 Executive Reporting: Provide high-level updates and recommendations to the

CEO and other senior leaders, offering clear options and solutions, backed by in-

depth analysis of pros and cons.

Key Qualifications::::

 Proven Leadership in PMO: Extensive experience in leading PMOs, with a track

record of implementing multi-product trading platforms at a securities brokerage,

wealth management, or financial services firm.

 Expertise in Multi----Product Platforms: Deep understanding of Offshore Equities,

Structured Products, Bonds, Mutual Funds, and other financial instruments, with a proven ability to navigate the complexities of onboarding and integrating new products.

 Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to handle multiple large-scale,

cross-functional projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a

structured approach to problem-solving.

 Stakeholder Management: Experience working at the intersection of Sales, IT,

Back-office, and Product teams, ensuring collaborative success across

departments with diverse objectives.

 Critical Thinking & Decision----Making: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex

project scenarios, assess risks, and provide clear and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

 Results----Oriented: A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within

scope, and to the satisfaction of internal and external clients.
