[Responsibilities]

• Assist in supporting E2E sales opportunity management and opportunity data quality management of sales projects.
• Manage sales forecasts, track the forecast fulfillment progress, and track the forecast execution. Monitor the sales data deviation, identify and analyze risks, seek solutions, and monitor and implement improvements.
• Assist in developing and optimizing management mechanisms for key projects of the region; participate in the operation of key projects; manage the standardization of project operations (appointment, meeting, briefing, and information security); organize regular project meetings and emergency meetings; output task division; drive the closure of each project task; provide warnings on project risks; and ensure the results.
• Assist in developing and monitoring the implementation of customer management policies, manage key customers, and use customer relationship management tools to drive the implementation of customer relationship improvement plans and key actions.
• Assist in applying and improving IT tools related to sales and marketing in regions.
• Support the identification and improvement of process issues in sales management, and establish and improve the sales process system.

Skill requirements:

• Have experience in project management and sales management, or have experience in data accounting, decision-making support, and KPI management. More than 1 year of working experience. Excellent graduates have the potential to relax.
• Be good at communication and proactively seek solutions to solve problems/issues
• Be sensitive to data and have strong logic analysis and reasoning skills.

Professional knowledge requirements:

• Excellent experience in marketing and frontline sales.
• Familiar with general project management experience or process operation is preferred.
• Be proficient in PPT, Excel, and Word.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Fluent Chinese (spoken and written) will be preferred.
