Responsibilities：

• Manage the storefront of the branch Maintain orderliness and beauty within the store and storefront to meet the company's standards. To attract customers at all times
• Manage and care about pending repair orders
• Take care of KPIs to meet the goals set by the company.
• Train employees on products, customer service and high standard warranty policies. Service center management and daily service problem monitoring KPIs
• Evaluate customer satisfaction and create strategies to increase customer satisfaction levels.
• Investigate and resolve complex customer issues or problems that have been accumulated for a long time
• Manage the management of spare parts and the return of spare parts.
• Coordinate with the internal Xiaomi team to support all activities.
• Follow and view customer feedback on social media.

Requirements：

• 25-35 years old
• Experience as a mobile phone service center manager for 2 years or more
• Graduated with a bachelor's degree
• Have good communication In order to send information smoothly
• Can listen, speak, read and write English well.
