Job Purpose (วัตถุประสงค์)

• Responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues.
• Onboarding new employees and setting up their IT environment.
• Managing IT assets and ensuring their efficient use.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network components.
• Educating users on proper IT practices and security measures.
• Collaborating with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues.
• Analyzing IT support activities and recommending improvements.

Principle Accountability (ความรับผิดชอบหลัก)

1. User Support:

• Provide first-line support: Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to business applications, computers, peripherals, and meeting room devices, adhering to established SLAs.
• Onboard new employees: Create accounts, configure computers, and provide basic training on account and computer usage.

2. Asset Management:

• Maintain accurate and current inventory: Track hardware and software assets to optimize resource allocation and facilitate deployment/configuration.

3. Technical Management:

• Hardware and software deployment: Install and configure computers, operating systems, application software, and peripheral devices.
• Network administration: Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain network connections, printer services, drive mapping, and shared folders.

4. Problem Solving:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues: Troubleshoot software and hardware problems related to computers, peripherals, meeting room devices, and network connectivity.
• Provide clear guidance: Develop concise instructions and troubleshooting steps for users to address common problems effectively.

5. Security and Education:

• User guidance and education: Advising users on computer maintenance, data security, and virus protection.

6. Vendor Communication:

• Liaise with vendors: Contact product vendors for hardware failure resolution, monitor their activity, and track issue progress.

7. Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate monthly reports analyzing IT support activities, including SLA adherence, common issues, resolution trends, and presenting recommendations for improvement.

8. Other:

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Education / Experience / Special Skills (ประสบการณ์ / ทักษะพิเศษ)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field (preferred).

Special Skills:

• Strong technical skills with experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to users in a clear and concise manner.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with relevant IT tools and software (e.g., Microsoft 365, remote desktop software).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
