  • Managing and controlling recruitment systems and processes.
  • Handling recruitment assignments including screening applications, interviewing candidates and screening candidates.
  • Search for qualified candidates as per customer requirements.
  • Developing recruitment methods to attract job applicants.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and recruit qualified candidates.
  • Dealing with customers to propose shortlisted candidates for interviewing process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good written and verbal skills in English.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
