- Managing and controlling recruitment systems and processes.
- Handling recruitment assignments including screening applications, interviewing candidates and screening candidates.
- Search for qualified candidates as per customer requirements.
- Developing recruitment methods to attract job applicants.
- Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and recruit qualified candidates.
- Dealing with customers to propose shortlisted candidates for interviewing process.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment.
- Computer literate.
- Good written and verbal skills in English.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
